How to Modify Confluence Interface Text for another languages

I find this document and changed some interface text on footer. But when I change language from US to another (CS) almost all changed texts are back to default. How can I change also this translations?

I changed for example Dashboard to SMP, but when I change language to Cs_cz instead SMP is there Nástěnka. I believe that I can not solve this like you wrote.
