How to Get Administrator Rights Back to Our Confluence Accounts?

Dear support team,

we have 2 Atlassian products: Jira Service Desk and Confluence. We changed our account settings for Jira - we use 3 agents. All 3 Agents for Jira were also registered in Confluence for setup and administration.  However, after the change of the login names for the 3 Agents for Jira Service Desk, none of the registered users have the Administrator rights any more in Confluence.

Can you help us please to get back at least one Agent with admin rights to Confluence?

Hi @Seid_Maglajlic

You can try to recover your admin rights by restarting Confluence with the recovery admin enabled. Follow this article for help: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/restore-passwords-to-recover-admin-user-rights-158390.html?_ga=2.230180380.182701825.1583396012-1945274157.1575529573

Kind regards
Jorden
