Dear support team,
we have 2 Atlassian products: Jira Service Desk and Confluence. We changed our account settings for Jira - we use 3 agents. All 3 Agents for Jira were also registered in Confluence for setup and administration. However, after the change of the login names for the 3 Agents for Jira Service Desk, none of the registered users have the Administrator rights any more in Confluence.
Can you help us please to get back at least one Agent with admin rights to Confluence?
