How to Call Confluence Collapsed Node using URL

Using a hyper-link, I want to call a paragraph of content in Confluence that is collapsed using the "Expand" macro, and have that collapsed paragraph appear expanded when called.

I need to call this paragraph from a web page outside of the Confluence site.

I thought I could make this work using anchor links, but that does not seem to work.

That is, in my calling URL, I tried
<a href=">ZYX_987 Page</a>

and in confluence, I modified the Expand macro with the following:
<a name="ZYX_987_LINK"></a>

The above does not work.

Is there a way to call the paragraph that was collapsed in Confluence using the Expand macro and have it appear expanded?

Here is the Confluence macro I'm talking about:
<ac:structured-macro ac:macro-id="..."
ac:name="expand" ac:schema-version="1">
