How do you view available licenses in new Jira Cloud Administraiton UI?

Hello,

 

With the new UI on Cloud Administration, I can no longer see how many licenses I have left. I have to export a user list.

I used to be able to see the amount of licenses I had left by viewing "product access" or even in the "invite user" screen. 

Now it is ostensibly unavailable.

After contacting Atlassian support, I was able to find my user count.

 

The instructions are as follows:

 

  1. Go to https://(YourInstanceName).atlassian.net/admin/users
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions
  3. This page will list all active products and will show the number of available licenses (e.g. 3 of 10 users)

I'm not on the Jira team but will try and help.

can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Are you looking at my.atlassian.com? Or somewhere else?

Hey Martyn,

 

I actually cannot screenshot due to data privacy concerns. This wouldn't be on the Jira or Confluence administration, it would be for Administration as a whole for all Atlassian products my company uses. 

 

It used to be the case you could see how many licenses you had left, for example: Jira Service Desk: 48/50 licenses used.

 

This was as recent as four days ago.

I am on my (my-instance-name).atlassian.net

Hi Zev,

Have you tried going to my.atlassian.com ?

 

Also, you can always take a screenshot and modify it by erasing any sensitive info.

I am not going to screenshot info which is no longer available, you know?

In addition, my.atlassian.com is not connected to my company's cloud instance with my account as we purchase licenses at an annual rate.

Will the license count be provided again after new UI tweaks are made?

I'm really trying to help but as I said I'm not on the Jira team and without a screenshot it's hard for me to know what you are seeing.

I think your best bet is to contact support at support.atlassian.com.
