How do you promote a Confluence OnDemand site to rank high on Google Search, or even just plain show up?

Our OnDemand site has been up and running for several months now (5 months), however it's completely invisible to Google Search! Anonymous access (can use/can see profiles) is enabled and I've tried linking to the site from our main corporate website. Any other ideas?
