How do you make previews work in the PlantUML plugin editor?

Fred Ross November 23, 2016

We have installed the PlantUML plugin for Confluence cloud. If we put a snippet of PlantUML code in the definition and hit save, it is generated and shows up appropriately. However, hitting the blue arrow to the right of the definition box does nothing on the screen (no preview appears).

The only errors I can find are in the console:

WARN: 'triggerPrivacyPolicySafeEvent' has been deprecated
batch.js?jquery.external=true&locale=en-GB:442 RPC: request rejected (bad origin):

It's just started working for me, so I have no idea what was wrong.

The preview works for us, the console output is just Atlassian's debug output. What browser/version are you using? Any third-party extensions that might block content?
