How do i canel subscription onDemand Confluence

Hi all, I want to cancel my onDemand Confluence, so I followed try to deal with the problem, but I still didn't know how to handle it since my screen is not the same description in the aboved URL. In my screen, I haven't any licence even I have used almost 1 month.

If you don't see your OnDemand account after logging into then I'd recommend contacting our customer advocates team, who should be able to help you out. You can email them at or using the phone numbers on Remember to include your hosted URL so they can look up your account.
