Hi all, I want to cancel my onDemand Confluence, so I followed https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=321257595 try to deal with the problem, but I still didn't know how to handle it since my screen is not the same description in the aboved URL. In my screen, I haven't any licence even I have used almost 1 month.

If you don't see your OnDemand account after logging into https://my.atlassian.com then I'd recommend contacting our customer advocates team, who should be able to help you out. You can email them at firstname.lastname@example.org or using the phone numbers on http://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/. Remember to include your hosted URL so they can look up your account.
