How do customers see a public knowledge base space?

We are using the confluence knowledge base as a help desk for our external customers. We are going to make the space public and I was wondering if anyone else has used it in this way?

If so, could you provide a link so I can see what the knowledge base looks like to those outside of your company?

You just need to set Anonymous Permissions to the Space

Yes i have done precisely that https://ideology.atlassian.net/wiki/x/UICH

Hi Rodey,

Have you made the whole site public, or just one space?

I have about 20 Spaces in total - only a few are public no-login

Thanks for your help Rodney!
