How do I use the default dashboard in Confluence, as per the support pages show?

Hi,

Let me start by stressing that I am as new as new can be with Confluence!

I have setup a site (currently free trail) and the dashboard looks like this:

however, in the documentation I see the default dashboard looking like this

How do I change it to use this one?

I am using the cloud based version.

The Cloud and Server dashboards are different. The second screen shot from the documentation you added is the server dashboard. 

If you have time, please let us know specifically which aspects of the server dashboard you like more than the Cloud one, because it will help us improve our Cloud offering.
