How do I stop auto notifications. 'A new teammate has joined your product' sent to HD?

Our Help Desk gets automated notifications (subject title 'A new teammate has joined your product') as shown below;

Hi Helpdesk,

<Employee Name>, who is already on your site <site>.atlassian.net, now has access to these products:

Confluence
Jira Software

<Employee Name>, and anyone else who signs up to your site or is already on your site, can get access to your default products and consume a seat in your license.

You can alter your default products or signup options from your Site administration.
View signup options

I would like to remove the help desk from receiving these notifications. Spoke to the admin is is unsure how this is done. 

Any assistance would be appreciated.

My team as well just started getting these emails. We get a lot of emails about this and would like these to stop.

Many Users are already getting over spammed with email notification for Jira and Confluence..oh sorry ... ITSM now.. These emails are unnecessary for a majority of them.  

Need the capability of disabling.
