I would like to remove the help desk from receiving these notifications. Spoke to the admin is is unsure how this is done.

My team as well just started getting these emails. We get a lot of emails about this and would like these to stop.

Many Users are already getting over spammed with email notification for Jira and Confluence..oh sorry ... ITSM now.. These emails are unnecessary for a majority of them.
Need the capability of disabling.
