How do I stop Confluence sending duplicate emails for edits to pages

Nigel Longton May 23, 2012

As far as I can tell I only have a watch on the space, but for every edit i get two identical emails.

How do I track down why this is occuring and kill it off. Is there a database table listing the watches I can check?

Interestingly for comments I only get a single email.

Confluence stores watches in the notification table, check the schema here: http://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=179439242

You can select your username and see pageids or spaceids you are watching.

It has a single entry for each of the 4 spaces i'm watching

What happens, if you disable the space watch ? One email or no email ?
