How do I see who made changes on the space admin page?

Someone changed the theme on one of our spaces and I would like to know who made the change. Is there anywhere I can see this information from Confluence? We are using version 4.1.4.

Hi Chris,

Unless you turned on user access logging I believe there isn't a way to pinpoint the one who changed the theme.

However, considering that in order to change a theme within a space you need to be a space admin, you can check with all space admins from this specific space to find out who's responsible for it.

Hope it helps!

Thank you very much for the help. Luckily we are small enough that I could go around and ask the admins. It is good to know if we start having real issues we can turn on "user access logging" too.
