How do I link multiple roadmaps on Confluence?

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to link multiple detailed roadmaps on Confluence in order to reduce time spent updating a high-level roadmap?

Ideally, I would like each team to maintain and update their own roadmap (change dates, details, contacts etc) and the updates are reflected in a central roadmap.  This would be a two way relationship, so i would have the ability to input milestones on each team roadmap. The ability for each team to include shared milestones/swimlanes as well, would be helpful.

I look forward to your suggestions.

Thanks

Simon
