Thank you for the follow-up. Right now, our Google Apps admin cannot even log back into OnDemand. Here is a screencast showing the problem:
Yikes - this is where i'm getting stuck.
I can install the "app" in Google Apps with no problem, but when I try to auth with Atlassian here's what happens:(no sound)
