How do I integrate Google Apps into confluence?

We're trying to use the Google Apps integration with our OnDemand Confluence instance. The problem is that our Apps admin has installed from the Google Marketplace but it isn't showing up in our Confluence Configuration or add-on manager. Are we doing something wrong or is there a better way to let our Apps users access Confluence, embed Google Docs, etc.?
