How do I include content in a Confluence document that doesn't show up when I print/export a pdf?

Jessica Steeley July 20, 2021

Recently my company migrated our Confluence server to the Cloud. We used to have an internal macro that allowed us to include content that wouldn't show up when we printed the document. It seems like we can't make a macro in the cloud that allows us to do this, does anyone know of an existing Macro that could help with this?

Hello Jessica,

Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's nice to have you join us!

There are a couple of NoPrint macros in Atlassian Marketplace that can help you with that. There's also Scroll PDF Exporter, which might have something similar.

There's a feature request to include a NoPrint macro in Confluence Cloud, which you can vote on below:

I hope that helps, but let me know if you have any questions.

Shannon
