How do I get multiple ideas to register on my Idea Register?

I've created an Idea Registry Page however when I click on the Edit Contents button it add that one idea.  When I click on the Edit Contents again to add another idea, it just replaces the other idea.  How do I register multiple ideas on the same page?  I'm using 

Confluence 6.13.8
