How do I get a set of user notified whenever a question is posted?

Want a certain group of people to get emailed every time a question is posted.

Hi Steve,

As far as I know, this is not possible to choose the users to notify when you post a question. They must watch an specific topics in questions to receive emails. This is better explained here:

The best in this case is to open a feature request in jira.atlassian.com for this feature. I couldn't find any request for this feature yet.
