Please more information.

the error I get when I try to delete the area via mysql is:

Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails (`confluence`.`SPACEPERMISSIONS`, CONSTRAINT `FKbi3x723m8fbgoko3s84f9oddl` FOREIGN KEY (`SPACEID`) REFERENCES `SPACES` (`SPACEID`))

Why not delete from confluence?
With DB interventions you have to know what you are doing.

what do you mean by an area?
a space
a blank page
or an empty area on one side without a colume section

Dawid_Affeldt June 4, 2020

I mean an Space.

As soon as I try to execute the following solution and press on the defective area,

I get a white page

Solution:

Procedure

To delete a space: Go to space and choose Space Tools > Overview from the bottom of the sidebar > Choose Delete Space > Choose OK.

Do you see a white page here?

Can the space details be displayed and can "edit space details" be opened?

If I consider the space, I only get a white window.

No, I cannot see and edit the details. The page is completely empty.

Then it doesn't work.
Put the broken space in the archive and forget it?
If everything else works ...

Dawid_Affeldt June 4, 2020

how can I archive an space without having to edit the space?

OK

Is the space still displayed in the space permissions?
Does manage permissions still work there?

Dawid_Affeldt June 4, 2020

I have already tried this way.

The problem also exists at this point.

the only way that is likely to be successful is to delete the area from the mysql database.

I have already determined the necessary spaceid.

Unfortunately, it seems that an space is linked to countless tables.

Dawid_Affeldt June 4, 2020

Another solution would be a new installation.

Since a backup is of no use to me, since the defective space is also in the backup, I would like to export the areas individually.

My question is how do I export an space including the attached documents, is that possible?
