How do I customize a macro?

Hello Community, 

when I insert a macro (eg. layout) then I cannot edit its macro, is that normal? I would like to add background colours and I am not able to see the code.

How do I see the macro code to customize it?

you can't see the code of a macro and you can't customize its code.
