How do I change a page name?

Created a page with a name that I want to change. Other than "Copy" and delete of the original page, is there an easier way to do this?

When you edit a page, you can click on the page title, it's an editable field like the body is.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

As Nic mentioned above, it should be possible to change the Page Title simply by editing the page.
