How do I buy 10 more users for my Confluence account?

Atlassian website is dumbfounding. I just want to add 10 users to my Confluence site and pay for it.  I'm stumped. Been going around in circles for an hour.

Hi @Louis Beauregard 

If you add the users to Confluence you will get charged automatically. You don't need to buy licenses ahead of time like as per seat based subscriptions.

You'll be billed each month based on how many licenses you have that are active.
