Thank you for your response. We are using Confluence as our Knowledge-Base and would like to customers to be able to go to Confluence then select a link or page that will redirect them to our support portal to open help desk tickets.
We have an anonymous customer portal plugin about to be released (just going through approval). it would enable you to iframe in the customer portal into a Confluence page or web page and display the customer portal to users that aren't logged in.
They can then interact with Confluence KB and or log requests.
