How do I access Custom HTML in Confluence Server 2017?

Custom HTML does not show in Confluence Server. Where can I find it? Thanks in advamce.

It seems that there is no more access to the Globl CSS stylesheet

It might help to answer your question if we knew which version of Confluence you are using. The server version should display the version number at the bottom of all pages (Powered by Atlassian Confluence #.#.#).

It is not there.

Under security configuration, there is something called custom stylesheets for spaces. This cannot be selected anymore.

Click on the Gear icon in the upper right, click "General Configuration", scroll down to the "Look and Feel" section on the left menu, and the bottom option should be "Custom HTML".

Do you refer to the HTML Macro? Maybe you need to enable it as shown in the referenced page?
