How can we control chat plugins logging?

It fills our disk with "GET /chat/heartbeat.action?spaceKey" messages... I did not find any dokumentation on this. Help would be greatly appreciated!

Is that access logs or application logs?

You may want to talk to the plugin? author, but you can try thropugh JIRA's profiling and logging page.

Find the package/class name it uses in the logs, i.e.

com.somecompany.foobar.NoisyClass ".....

and then set that in the Admin panel with a level of WARN.

Access Logs

Also make sure Access Logging is disabled, or pointed to unique logs.
