How can i set content index without attachment in confluence?

Because many attachements are pictures, i think those picuture are unuseful during search index, or by this i can optimize my content index process.

You can follow this to disbale indexing of PDF anf MS Office attachments.

Not sure yu can do anything about images. However, when you search you can specify to only return page and not attachments. You could also use the search syntax to exclude attachments of a certain type for the results ... such as below.

MySearchTerm NOT (type:attachment AND (filename:png or filename:jpg or filename:gif))
