How can i remove Create Page option?

I am an administrator of a Confluence setup, i wanted to check how can i manage structured info into the confluence, we thought to add up template as only way to input info, currently, we can see there is a Default button "Create" which let create free hand page.

How can i remove this and only allow template based page creation?

Code - you'll need to hack the code for the button so that it always goes to the create-from-template screens.
