How can I stop triggers to all team members in Confluence?

Any Updates done in Confluence by team is sending Trigger to everyone, how can I stop that, only I should get the Trigger not all team members.

Are your users watching the space?  You can check by clicking the "eye" icon on the space homepage, then "Manage watchers". If you want, you can remove watchers yourself, or you can also let them know how to stop watching the space.
