I am using smartlinks a lot nowadays to bring certain knowledge natively to a knowledge base. But when I am on the linked page, how can I tell if it is linked or not? I like to know because changing the page might affect what knowledge base readers see, also when I remove the page for example. It helps me to be enduser aware.
@Harry Friemann we have a link manager feature as part of Space Content Manager app which bulk converts smartlinks.
What exactly do you want to see, it's not clear from your question. You want to know on each page which pages in the Confluence instance/space has a link to that page on it.
There is no built-in feature to comprehensively display all instances of smart links referencing a page. Existing options have limitations:
A manual tracking approach involves creating a table or dedicated page to log smart links, including purpose, context, and dates. Although updates require manual effort, this method documents link usage, proving beneficial in larger Confluence environments
Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards
