How can I reset password, knowing that the classical way is not working ?

Hi @[deleted] 

Confluence is probably not using an internal user directory, but may be linked to Crowd or an Active Directory. If these directories are not write-able by Confluence, it can't update your password for you.

In this case, you'll have to ask your IT team or Confluence administrator to reset your password.
