I have created a Standard Operating Procedure for the users, however, when I try to give them access under the "Editing Restricted" Icon, it gives me an option to add only one user at a time but is there any way I can add a group email? because in a group there will be a lot of people and it is very time consuming to add each user one by one.
@Chandan Kokane Here are a couple of pages to start with to learn more about this feature. You should be able to add users to a group and then give that group access to the page.
Hi Chandan,
It sounds like you're trying to give multiple users access efficiently. In Confluence, instead of using a group email, you can utilize Groups to manage permissions

Welcome to Community!
Is your site using Atlassian groups or connects to any IAM groups? If so, you can use those groups.
If they are not connected , then the distribution list will be just considered by confluence as yet another email id.

I am trying to give access to the procedure written under this page "Request Hazeltree Access from Service Now - Wire Management Team - Confluence (atlassian.net)"
When I try to put my team's email id under the search box (Under the "Restriction" Icon) it doesn't work.

Work with your site admin as those instructions are specific to your org and i dont have access to it.
Please share the hint that you are looking to use groups (either Atlassian group or IAM connected group what ever is available in your site) and they should able to guide you further.
