How can I label specific text, and include it in another page

I want to gather open points on a topic.. the topic has a main confluence page, and multiple sub-pages.. is there a way to label open points somehow and then add a macro to the parent page to list all those open points?

(I dont want to use excerpts because the open items can be scattered across one page even)

Have you looked at using task formatting and the task report macro? You can list tasks on a number of pages, and have the report macro collect them up. Plus you can use page labels to filter the report.
