How can I import an old zip file from Confluence to a new account?

Since this week we started with a new Confluence account. We already had one before so I have dowloaded the data on my old page. I want to import the old data to my new account. Anyone knows how to do this step by step with a Zip file? In FAQ it was not clear to me at all..

Could you tell me which version of Confluence your old Confluence site was? How long ago did you make that backup? Lastly, can you tell me how you created the backup on the old site? Is it a full site backup?
