I need to generate a table of content and at the moment that I click on any of the topic on the table and in-page, I need to use this link to pointing out people to this new link, I need to generate an anchor for multiple topics in same page.

The Table of Contents macro will create an anchor for each heading that you can link to. Click the link in the TOC and then copy the URL from the browser address bar to obtain the link to that heading.
