How can I fix this error message about Render Markdown?

Good Afternoon,

We use the cloud version of Confluence. We are using the free Render Markdown macro in several Confluence Pages. The pages display fine, but when I try to export the pages in any format (PDF, Word, HTML), I receive these errors on the first page that uses the markdown macro.

Loading add-on Render Markdown.

Add-on Render Markdown is not responding. Wait or cancel?

Add-on Render Markdown failed to load

Content on any page that uses the macro does not appear in the output.

Has anyone else seen this issue and how do I solve it? I asked a similar question in June and never received an answer.

As you can see from the Render Markdown Atlassian Marketplace listing, the developer of this add-on is not Atlassian. If you wish to raise issues against this add-on then you should follow the "Support" tab in that Atlassian Marketplace listing.
