We would like to ensure a static reference link by pointing to a confluence page rather than to an external source such as Youtube. By doing so, we can keep the same URL within our app's 'quick help' and still be able to change the content within that link, ie YouTube changes the URL whenever you update the video. However, we do not want to expose the Confluence platform from within the app for this, we just want to show an applet with a video, essentially. No menus, titles or sidebars. Is there any way to do this?
Kai,
You can apply custom CSS and hack something together or you can purchase refined theme for Confluence and make it look similar to your website and hide navigation. You can download the trail and see if it will work for you.
CSS like this will hide the navigation content but it will not be pretty.
