I have two Confluecne pages.
So, I tried to remove one(I will call this one 'Confluence A' of them.
1. but I can not Confluence A, because of strange warning (of courese, I stopped my subscription of Confluence A, and there is no domain connection, no users, I got ready everything for removing Confluence A)
2. the reason i tried to remove 'Confluence A' is I can not find 'Confluence B' what I want to use and control.
In the Confluence Setting pages, I can only find Confluence A, why????????????????????????
3.and the other reason why I am mad is, In Community pages there were appeared two Confluences normally.
and because of this problem I have been really hard,,, plz help me.
How can i control all my pages?
I want to invite my teammates in Confluence B.
But I cannot approach Confluence B setting page becaues of the above issue.
help me...
Hi @민기
That's not a group but a link to the admin section of Atlassian based on your account.
This is the same location for both sites as you have used the same email for both instances.
And these instances are both under organization Korea, that's what the warning is about.
And if you can't access any information on Confluence B in administration, then it seems you don't have org and or site admin access on Confluence B, only Confluence admin access
Thank you @Marc - Devoteam !
So, How can I have org and or site admin access on Confluence B? Both Confluence A and Confluence B was made by the same email.

Hi @민기 ,
Check with the owner of the email to grant you the correct permissions

Hi @민기
You can't. You need to find the user who setup this Confluence instance, they are the main admin.
They are the only once who can grant you access to the highest level of permissions.

@Marc - Devoteam
ah,,,, I am the only one who setup this Conflunce B instance. so actually that is i don't understand Confluence UX.
I have never changed or granted the highest level of permissions.
So, In this situation. what is the solution I can do...?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
If you go to https://admin.atlassian.com/
Can you see a dropdown in front of the overview option in the main bar, if you do yu need to switch to the Confluence B.
What does the warning message tell you?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Unfortunately, the biggest problem is that Confidence B itself doesn't appear on the admin page at all. So I can't even click on it, and I don't have much time to manage it....

Hi @민기
Can you try it in an incognito window, so log in to Confluence B there, and then go to admin.
In your browser session, it will know you and will always move to Confluence A admin
Otherwise you need to contact Atlassian Support and have them check this.
