How can I add header and footer to the confluence document and export as words?

Hello, I have a problem like this. When I want to import a word document with a header and footer, the header and footer do not appear. I create a new header on the Confluence page for the document, but when I want to export it as a word document, I still cannot see the header and footer. However, the header I created appears when I export it as Pdf. My problem is, can I create a document that will come as header and footer default on each page in confluence and export it as a word?
