How Do You Match A Term Exactly When Filtering Page Properties Report?

I'm trying to filter a page properties report to a single item based on it's title, but it seems like the title filter is looking for any of the words in the filter, rather than looking for pages whose title exactly matches the search term.

So when I put "IT Portal" in the title filter, it returns the IT Portal page, but also Erwin Web Portal.

I've tried putting double or single quotes around the term, but that has no effect.
