Hide updates on dashboard

i remember in older version of confluence there was a check box for hiding updates on a page

ie) say i update the content on a page and fix a spelling error but I don't want that change to show up on the dashboard .. how do i do that?

This widget could not be displayed.

In Confluence 3.5, there's a checkbox that says "Minor change" in the page editor. That prevents notifications, and I think suppresses them from showing up in the updates.
