I have around 20 boards running and want to keep the backgrounds all the same but the image I want doesn't exist anymore and I don't really like any of the new ones, thanks
Scott,
In Confluence, you could set a background image using CSS, but generally this links to an external image. You may have also added an attachment in Confluence and linked it this way.
Do you happen to remember where the background image was hosted? If it was an attachment in a page and you have since deleted it, you can attempt to recover it if you have a backup. See Retrieving File Attachments from a Backup.
I have to ask, since you also mentioned boards, is it possible you were referring to one of our other products, such as Jira Software or Trello? Confluence doesn't have boards, so I want to be sure.
Regards,
Shannon
