Hi,Few weeks ago i upgraded confluence 4.0.3 to 6.1.1 and now i can't be able to Add new users.

While logged in on my wiki page i can do almost every thing but i can not be able to create new user to our Confluence. i can only view already registered users,neither edit them or Create new.

The question that should be answered here is which directory Confluence is using (internal/external) and if using external how it is connected to LDAP/AD (via Jira/Crowd or directly) .. then check is the connection read only or not since it might be that only from external (e.g LDAP) side it would be possible to manage users.
