Help with Error http 500 on confluence

david martin April 1, 2014

I have recently moved stood up a test system " a virtual copy of production" The jira system works fine after this but I get the http 500 error page. I have deleted the plugin cache directories and run chown -R confluence. confluence on all the directories where the system is housed to make sure permissions are correct. I have also started the sytem as confluence and as root. but still get the same error. Here is what the atlassian_log shows :

I found out that I had also tampered with some proxy setting and that was one of my first issues.
