Having trouble using the Content by Label Macro

We using the server version of Confluence V5.8.18 and Question 2.4.1. I am trying to use the Content by Label macro on a space with labels I created so I can arrange the Q&A on a dedicated page. Unfortunately, I am getting a persistent error with no content available.

I reindexed as suggested elsewhere with no result. The same macro will pick up labels associated with regular wiki pages on the space I am trying to display the question. Also, I can pull across content by labels from other spaces. All those labels were generated in the past.
