Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

That means you've deleted or restricted the home page of the space.

Either make it accessible to the users who can see your space, create a new one, pull the old one out of the trash, or go into the space settings and change the home page to a page that does exist (start there actually, you'll want to start there, because you need to look at the name of the home page to work out where it's gone)

If you don't have create/edit permission in the space, you'll need to talk to the space admins to get it.
