Has anyone implemented Objective Key Results in Confluence?

Our company is looking at using Work.comto implement Objective Key Results company wide. In the interest of not adding more tools, I'm looking to see if anyone has done this in Confluence and can share how it worked and what they did.

@Karen RUbin, we have recently launched the JIRA add-on UpRaise for Employee Success. OKRs is one of the core functionalities of UpRaise.
