Had a free plan, now automatically 60 dollars

Hello,

I received a bill (60.13 dollars) for "Confluence Monthly Standard for 11 users", but I subscribed for the free plan and I received non emails that annouced the transition of plan or anything.

Anyone has any clue ?

The free plan is limited to 10 seats. The moment you add the 11th user, you're on the Standard tier.

Standard Plan is not free. It is just a month of trial that is free and after completion of a month, you will start charging. Please find below the link for further reference.
