Hello,
we want to share 1 space with all our employee, but we don't want to give them Confluence module access (they don't need to do more there) and we don't want to share this page public to Internet.
Recently there was created a Guest access to some spaces, but there is limit to only 1 space, few of 400 employees need an acccess to 2 spaces and we cannot use this function for them. All of them need view-only permissions, space is like a internal FAQ.
How to do this without granting non-usable modules permissions and with not publishing it to Internet?
Thanks in advance.
Hello @Artur Sykut ,
Probably Confluence Single-space guests (Beta version) can work for you. Please check out the details below:

As I see, user can be guest only in 1 space. We have few employees who should see 2 or Confluence sites and it won't work with Single-site guests.

Hello @Artur Sykut
When you say you don't want to "give them Confluence module access" do you mean you don't want to grant them a Confluence user license?

Yes, exactly. I don't want to give them Confluence user license to view only 1 space.
