Google Docs Link Error in Confluence

Tera Hilton May 2, 2013

Hi there,

Starting this past Monday, all of our pages that contained links to Google Docs started showing this error:

Authentication error
An authentication error occurred while attempting to fetch the requested document. Please check with the document author to ensure that you have permission to view the document.
Error Details
External user tdh is not authorised to view document "0AkW80yzgGCR6dDk4OTBQRWNBampBNDJua18tY3g5UGc" from spreadsheets.google.com.
These had all be successfully linked and were viewable prior to this date. We also get this message when adding new pages with links as well. We haven't done anything different so not sure why this might be happening. Can you provide assistance?
Thanks,
Tera

This appears to have resolved over the weekend. Thank you.

Hi Tera,

Are you using OnDemand or on-premise with the Google Drive/Docs plugin? I think you are running into the similar issue as below.

You will need to upgrade - contact info@appfusions.com if questions at all.
