Glossary Pricing Inaccurate?

Joe Wojak July 15, 2014

I'm testing the Glossary plug-in from Spectrum Groupe and have a question about pricing.

We use Confluence version 5.5 (installed not on-demand) and have a 500 seat license. According to the pricing guide, it looks like the license fee would be US $500. However, when I go to manage add-ons from within Confluence, text indicates that a license is US $1000. I don't believe the $1000 price is correct given our Confluence user licenses is < 500 users. Can someone explain this discrepancy?

Thank you.

This pricing error doesn't appear when we go to purchase. Problem solved.

It's not a question of the number of users but what your confluence license is maxed at? Sounds like it's at 2000 users.

This is not the case. We have a 500 seat license. I should be seeing pricing for this plug in at $500, not $1000. I wasn't clear in my original post.
