As I understand the Confluence Usage Stats plugin throws an error when you try to access it.
First thing I need to tell you is that there are no screenshots attached to your question. Would it be possible for you to send one with the reply to this comment? Please, keep in mind that our community is an open space and everyone can see everything that is posted here. Be sure not to disclose any sensitive information with the screenshot.
Also, keep in mind that the plugin is disabled by default due to the performance impact it may inflict on instances.
